How Society Shuffle handles personal data.
Society Shuffle (societyshuffle.art) is the controller of the personal data described here. For any request: hello@societyshuffle.art.
Only what you give us. If you request a piece or write through the contact form: name, email and your message. If you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address. We do not use analytics, advertising or profiling tools, and we do not buy or sell contact lists.
To answer your request, to arrange a sale and its shipping, and — for subscribers only — to send the weekly email. Legal basis: the steps taken at your request before a contract, our legitimate interest in replying to you, and your consent for the newsletter.
Only us. Data is stored on Supabase (hosting in the European Union) and the site is served by Vercel. Both act as processors and do not use your data for their own purposes. Email reaches our provider's inbox.
Requests: three years from the last message. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe — one click in every email. Sales documents: ten years, as required by accounting law.
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to its use, by writing to hello@societyshuffle.art. You can also complain to your national supervisory authority.
If this policy changes we update the date below. Material changes are announced on the homepage.
